A series of apparantly simple teachings, that change the way in which we approach our lives, helping us to become happier, more useful and compassionate people. Although based in the buddhist teachings, it is a surprisingly practical way of ridding ourselves of neurotic ways of thinking and negative emotional reactions, and instead bringing forth our inherent good qualities.
